Annual Support & Maintenance (after 1st year) US$13,000.00 per annum

Our customary terms for payment are:
40% of licence fee upon signing
30% of licence fee upon installation

30% of licence fee upon acceptance

Software customization is available under a separately negotiated agreement

Oracle 8i RDBMS (or later)

Conditions For Provision Of On-Site Implementation Support

Round trip airfares (business class or equivalent for flights of 4 hours duration or longer)
Hotel accommodation
US$100.00 per diem per person

Platform

The CIS-PENSION application software is developed to run on the Oracle RDBMS implemented on a network consisting of a server connected to client PCs.

Typical server configuration for a 24-user implementation will be:

Pentium Processor or higher with 1Gb RAM
4x18Gb Hard Disk (with RAID)
CD-ROM Drive
1.44Mb Floppy Drive
DAT Tape Drive (for database back-ups)
10/100 Ethernet 10BaseT NIC
Windows 2000 Server or Windows NT 4.0 (Service Pack 6 or higher)
Line-Matrix Printer (optional)
Laser Printer (optional)

Typical client PC configuration will be:

Pentium Processor or higher with 64Mb RAM
10Gb Hard Disk
1.44Mb Floppy Drive
10/100 Ethernet 10BaseT NIC
Windows 2000 or Windows 98 or Windows 95

Configurations given are intended to serve as guidelines only. Specific configurations for any site installation will be usually determined by several factors including, but not limited to, size of the business operation, transaction volumes, and projected growth.
