Paul D. Virtue, FLMI - President & CEO

Mr. Virtue, a founding partner and the principal shareholder in ADS, has over 30 years' experience in the field of information technology. He also has extensive experience in the life insurance industry, including international assignments at executive management positions in insurance companies. Prior to founding ADS, he was a senior executive in a large multi-national insurance company.

Courtland E. Soares - Vice President & COO

Mr. Soares is a founding partner and shareholder in ADS, and has over 25 years' experience in the information technology field. His knowledge of the insurance industry is built around his involvement in the development of insurance application software for more than 20 years. His prior working experience includes management positions in a software house and a large multi-national insurance company.

National Investment Bank of Jamaica - Institutional Investor

The National Investment Bank of Jamaica (NIBJ) has, since September 1998, been an institutional investor in the company and therefore owns shares in ADS. This partnership is significant for its strengthening of the Company's capital base which has allowed us to better focus our energies on product development and strategies for expansion of our customer base.
